Dr. Michael Watson, DDS

The supposed office manager is horribly unprofessional and mean on the phone but plays nice to your face. She is not someone that I would trust and by extension I don't trust Dr. Watson. A crown I had done ended up cracking at the root and had to be pulled leading to an implant. Based on reviews I found I opted to go elsewhere. The feeling in the office is incredibly uncomfortable, the doctor has an odd presence that the office manager feeds off of, the hygienist is okay as is the assistant. I can't in good conscience recommend him or his staff and hope whatever is going on there ends immediately.

Dr. Watson is incapable and reckless. By far the most unprofessional and shamelessly incompetent medical professional I've ever interacted with. He has actively caused more issues with my teeth in the 18 months since the first time I saw him than my previous 33 years combined.THREE of Dr. Watson's 'permanent' crowns have cracked or broken in the past 18 months. My temporary crown (from a far more competent dentist in San Francisco) lasted 4 years before I moved to Salt Lake City and started seeing Dr. Watson, but Dr. Watson's 'permanent' crowns have only lasted 3-6 months each before breaking. Dr. Watson also aggressively pushed $600 teeth whitening on me that wasn't covered by insurance, and wasn't needed or wanted. He also said 'if it doesn't work' then he'd do another procedure to core out and fill the small fluoride stains.My new dentist was so appalled by Dr. Watson's quality of work that he implored me to report Dr. Watson to the dental board.

He put veneers on my teeth and they kept falling off. He would not return my money and I had to get them redone at my cost with another dentist

Dr Watson placed my implants incorrect and refused to remove them. Blaming me and the implant company. Now they are infected. He also charged me a consultation fee because he asked me to come in and discuss removal of my implants. After paying him thousands, I Now I have to pay $3560 to have them removed.
