Dr. Volchonok left me with yellow, bulky, uneven, and non-symmetrical crowns on my top ten teeth. She dismissed every concern I made about the pain I was experiencing daily and the aesthetics of my teeth. She is inexperienced and charges tens of thousands of dollars for horrible work. I was charged for porcelain, and multiple dentists have confirmed it’s Zirconia; a cheaper alternative. When I received the “final” teeth, she shaved down my natural bottom teeth when I told her my bite was not aligned. My bite is still uncomfortable and only touches one side. It was extremely difficult to make appointments, and I now have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to fix the irreversible damage done to my teeth.

Dr. Volchonok was amazing. I went to her after experiencing terrible tooth pain. Her and her team took their time to take xrays to determine what was wrong. Im usually scared of dental appointments but she made it feel effortless & calm. A diagnosis was given along with a treatment plan. I feel confident knowing what’s going on with me and being part of the process. Bedside manners are impeccable. Thank you so much!

This dentist is inexperienced and my daughter is paying a very high price for her incompetence. Tens of thousands of dollars spent and will have to spend more to correct what this dentist only 2 years out of dental school attempted on my daughter’s teeth. She still cannot eat or drink anything cold or even open her mouth in the cold air due to her negligence. Seek another experienced dentist and check for years out of school. I wish we had.

I felt completely at ease and very happy with my results. I worked with Dr. Michele from March 2024 and completed my case in November 2024. I’m so excited to show off my new smile!
