Horrible. Agree with other reviewers; she appears friendly and helpful but I think I finally know what they mean to be gaslighted. Once they get paid for the appliance, you can forget about getting anyone there to help you. They don't care if it fits or not and they sure don't care about you. And make certain to look at what gets recorded in the notes about your visit, because she will tilt it to make her practice look good - but worse, outright lies are recorded and part of your permanent healthcare record, with no easy way to correct it! So sad and unprofessional.

If you need anything more complex than routine dental care, look elsewhere. I had a terrible outcome and witnessed 2 other patients arguing with her/staff about negative experiences. I wasted a huge amount of time & $$. There are other prosthodontists in this area - try one of them.

Dr. Cantwell has helped me get my life back on track now that I am able to sleep better with my mouthpiece! I can't thank her and her staff enough for all they have done for me. Very friendly and personable staff. Questions were answered with ease. Have been telling my buddies at work that I know snore all about her office. Thank you Center for Dental Sleep Medicine!

I have recorded many unresponsive/uncaring incidences, too many to mention. One may have a good experience if all goes well with the MRD. If technical complications arise that require "excessive" staff time, one may be on their own. Over two years, I was without the use of my MRD for nearly 6 mths due to delayed replacement of defective device/parts. I never perceived a sense of urgency. After waiting 4 wks, I directly contacted the supplier and successfully received items in ONE WEEK!

This was my first experience with a female dentist. I was delighted. The office environment was clean and orderly, the staff was cheerful and kind and Dr. Cantwell was so professional, yet kind and gentle. I ended up needing a filling and I could not believe how gently and pain free the process was!! I always dreaded the numbing injection, and I didn't even feel it this time. I was very impressed with the whole process, both my children are coming here now!

I never a good nights sleep, was always tossing and turning. Dr.Cantwell fitted me with a sleep device and I have dreamt and sleep good since. Highly recommend her to everyone I know who struggles with snoring and sleep. I even go to her for my cleanings now too. Love the staff too all the girls are very friendly and knowledgeable.

With mild to moderate sleep apnea, I tried a CPAP machine for almost a year, and just couldn't adjust. The dental appliance I received from Dr. Cantwell was so much better. For about 3 years, I have been under her care and really appreciate her professionalism and that of her staff. They are always prompt, friendly and courteous. I have already recommended her practice to several friends and neighbors.
