Dr. Michelle Kline, DMD

There’s more than one option of care in most cases, and many people have additional considerations and priorities beyond dental health, but Dr. Kline is not interested in working with the patient. She is arrogant and that’s dangerous in a healthcare provider. Her staff members are nice and friendly until there’s an issue with billing or scheduling, and then they become mean and rude. I experienced it myself and overheard them raise their voices on the phone with patients, which was totally unprofessional. Too many other good options in the area to tolerate a practice that is not customer service minded.

Dr. Kline and her staff do not like to be questioned. As long as you go along with everything they tell you and don't question their bills or process, they will treat you well. The minute you question the charges or ask for any kind of accommodation in changing an appointment, etc. they become very rude and unprofessional, even going as far as to raise their voice on the phone and issue personal insults "you're being rude to me" and being threatening "Dr. Kline's husband is a lawyer you know". When in the office waiting room, I overheard the ladies behind the desk gossiping about patients after they left. I have never experienced such defensiveness and unprofessionalism before. I would not recommend anyone go to this practice.

Dr. Kline and her staff are superb from start to finish. I cannot say enough positive things, from taking me on time, to their professionalism with warmth, to their precision and her knowledge and care of my teeth. They are gentle and considerate, with only best practices. Highly recommended!

Dr Kline is professional, personable and just as important, listens. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Kline or her practice. The office staff is extremely competent and truly advocates for their clients. Their motivations are obviously their patients well being

My experience at Dr.Kline's office has always been EXCELLENT! As a hygienist, I'm usually on the other end of the dental chair, but unexpectantly a few teeth needed some TLC during the pandemic. Dr.Kline and her staff are operating at the highest standard during this time, while still personalizing my appointments and care. Dr. Kline has always been professional, thorough, gentle and committed to achieving the best results esthetically, while not compromising the integrity of her work. I will always feel very confidant recommending Dr. Kline to my family and friends!

I was very disappointed in my attempted cleaning visit. I was told i had to get xrays to get my cleaning or find a new practice. I didn’t want xrays done that visit does not matter why but Im extremely apprehensive about xrays and and I should not be made to have a service for a cleaning if I am uncomfortable and I am footing the bill.

I think Dr. Kline is a very comprehensive and thorough dentist. I would recommend her for general dental care. Her staff is amazing and very helpful
