i love this place.so comfortable and friendly. ive nothing but great experiences here. wife and i both drive 90minutes each way to come here, so we obviously are very happy with elite smiles. I've never had any problems with billing. any dental work was done with gentleness, yet promptly, which i appreciate- spending less time in the chair! first visit got free bleaching tray and bleach, plus prescription for pro toothpaste that is covered by insurance! highly recommed!

Sanor performed substandard veneer work, refused to correct it, but billed in full PLUS 10% for use of CareCredit. Prior to that, Sanor sent me for lower gum reductions to prep for lower veneers but AFTER pain & expense of that procedure, she decided to place crowns not veneers on the lower teeth (i.e., more money to her & gum work was then unnecessary). Charged for deep cleaning same day as veneers placed, but top 7 new teeth not touched & it was just regular cleaning. Refused to correct. More.
