Confirmed with the receptionist that the doctor accepts my insurance when made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was told that no one in the Metuchen office knew if they accept my insurance, including the doctor, and they couldn't confirm it with their Brooklyn staff. I asked my grandson to take a day off to drive me to the appointment, and had to go back home and search for a new dentist. Avoid this incredibly unprofessional office by all means.

Never go to him. I had such a horrible experience, I had to redo root canal after he did it. The tooth was painful for a year or so.

I know Dr. Gordeev for 17 years. In my opinion he is the best dentist in my area. He is very honest, very professional and skillful. His stuff is also very friendly, professional and caring. I will cry if I loose him.
