Dr. Simms and her team are incredible! We have been so happy with our experience there. Highly recommend this place to anyone with littles! They are so pleasant and make it an enjoyable experience for all!

Great location
Great atmosphere
Great Staff
Great hygiene (the tech had a bit of a cough before doctor showed up but I am glad she covered herself and took awareness of my concern and took extra steps to keep us comfortable by cleasing her hands and keep clean gloves on)
No significant wait time
Great facility
AMAZING DOCTOR, we thank you for giving our children another safe place where they are comforted about treatment and feeling better!

I love Dr Simms! Although some of her staff is lacking in customer service skills. I don’t feel welcome when I walk into her office. My son had an extraction done and the dentist who took him back wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t explain much before the procedure. I was disappointed by that. The only reason we keep going here is because there is not other local dentist that take my sons insurance. Dr Simms continues to be professional but her staff is not.

My son has severe anxiety about the dentist. Dr Simms is so patient and caring and truly is an amazing dentist. She takes time to make sure he is comfortable and feels safe. Thank you so much to everyone at this office for being so amazing!!!

I absolutely love Pediatric Dentist Specialist of Hiram! My daughter is 4, almost 5 yo and have been going to them since 3yo. I am pleased with every visit. The staff is amazing, very helpful, and courteous. My daughter recently had to have some work done (anesthesia & cavity fillings) and I was very nervous about it all, to say the least, but they made sure I was comfortable and knowledge every step of the way! They are highly recommended!

I can't believe my 2 year old daughter enjoys going to the dentist! Dr. Simms really enjoys what she does and she's so good. All of the staff are amazing with kids but we have been especially lucky to have Nurse Constance for our past 2 visits. She sings and tells stories when my daughter gets fussy which has such a calming effect on my daughter and relieves us because we know that she really cares. Thank you Dr. Simms and team!

We have been seeing Dr. Simms for about 4 years. She is amazing with my kids, as are her staff! I have one child who has always panicked and she is able to calm him down before she starts. She never rushes him when he needs a minute.
I recommend Dr Simms to anyone who asks for a pediatric dentist.

Both of my children use this office and we are very happy. Staff is helpful and friendly and my kids don't fear going to the dentist which says a lot to me. One of my children had to have a tooth pulled and it went VERY smoothly which also says alot about this office and the dentist. Will continue to go here as long as possible

We changed dentist to Pediatric Dental Specialist of Hiram. My kids hated going to the dentist and were scared. Dr. Sims and the whole group made them feel very comfortable and I appreciated them keeping me updated on everything they did. It was a wonderful experience for my kids and for me as a parent.
