I was a patient of Dr. Ngo when he was based in Sacramento, CA. I found him to be skilled, conscientious, and willing to explain things in real world terms. The thing that struck me the most about Dr. Ngo was that he treated my teeth as if they were an individual; it was like he was committing them to memory. I had never seen that before and I was very impressed.
