Dr. Mitchell Adler, DDS

The quality of care is great, but he is impossible to contact. I have tried emails, phone calls, and showing up at his office. There is never anyone there. It's impossible to get an appointment. When I finally get through to the secretary I ask for hours, and they still are not there during those hours. So, I tried to go to a different dentist and they asked me to get them the x-rays from Dr Adler. I contact his office again and they tell me they will email me the x-rays. I never got the x-rays nor did I ever hear from them again. It seems to me like if you try to switch dentist's they will do everything in their power to sabotage you. I recommend using a dentist that doesn't punish you for being his her patient.

I would strongly advise against going to this office. While it appears clean and well-kept, the office is not run in a professional manner. First, there is no dental hygienist, so expect your cleaning to be quick and sub-par. Second, this office cancelled TWO of my appointments within a one-month period (from July to Aug. of 2021). After spending much time and effort in scheduling many appointments that I missed prior to being vaccinated, this cancelling of appointments was not only aggravating, but has created significant hardship for me.

Dr. Adler is the best dentist I've ever been too, he has years of experience, he's honest has a great sense of humor. His staff is very delightful. I recommend Dr. Adler to anyone and everyone. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Adler was very kind, and put me at ease. He explained all my options with me. He didn't judge or make me feel shameful for my dental issues. He made me feel supported. I've had many bad dental experiences in the past. This was just the opposite. The staff was friendly and kind. The office was clean, and I had a very little wait time. I would recommend Dr. Alder to everyone I know.
