I would leave no stars if possible.
Dr. Faldu communicated poorly about the implant procedure, and he failed to communicate clearly and fully about the complexity of the procedure; complications; length of time from first to last treatments; and additional and add-on costs for placement of the abutment and final crown. His office staff made frequent last-minute changes to appointments scheduled weeks and /or months in advance.
