HORRIBLE PRACTICE
The provider does not do a good job at explaining procedures or offering time/space for questions. I thought I was coming in for a tissue graft and ended up getting a frenectomy without any explanation or warning. The practice's billing department is completely incompetent. Despite months of advocating for myself and escalating my case with my insurance company to supervisors they continued to submit incomplete pre-authorizations, and incorrect and retired codes that the ADA no longer uses. The billing department never answers there phone or returns voicemail and somehow this provider is only in the office one day a week. They were going to charge me almost $6000 for 2 procedures if I did not go through insurance. Another provider quoted me at $1900 for the same procedures without insurance. Quality Dental Care is a bunch of incompetent criminals.

Poor responce when I was in pain after a procedure
Do not see this provider. They lied about the cost for my procedure and attempted to up charge me for the procedure and x rays. They were not available after hours when i was in horrible pain after a surgical procedure and I was left on my own to deal with horrible pain and was told the provider could see me in a week.

Periodontal disease
Recommended a scaling for bleeding gum. Then suggested bone grafting for perfect teeth with no gaps or missing teeth. Researched and watched video on my own patients who get this surgery have decay loose or missing teeth. Hmm?

She gave no time to discuss my gum conditions. I requested her, before I accept her surgery recommendation, to tell me what mouthwash, fluoride toothpaste, gel or varnish I can use to slow down my receding gum. I needed to have some time to accept her treatment plans. She rudely refused to offer me anything. She hardly spent much time with me. Avoid this dentist.

She repeatedly told me that I had periodontal disease. I do not. She met my mother (without knowing that she was) and told her she had periodontal disease as well. When my father came in to see another dentist in the office, (and she became aware that he was my father) she glanced at him, not his teeth mouth or gums, just him, and said he had periodontal disease because it obviously runs in my family. I am adopted. I also heard her tell (over the course of a year) four other people that they had periodontal disease. ALL of us have been seen by several other dental and gum specialists. NONE of us have periodontal disease.
