The entire staff were kind, respectful and welcoming. The doctor took time to explain pros and cons of different treatment options and answered all my questions. I was amazed that he knew so much about the implants I already have. He was even able to tell me what region of the country I had it done. Best of all they are using the information from my previous dentist to coordinate my treatment plan. The cost was very fair when compared to other estimates and my previous implant procedure.

My husband saw Dr. Arafa for a consult on old bridgework. Impressive education, experience & communication skills. Very thorough. Took about 5 x-rays to better see the roots. He found extensive bone loss and an abscess under 1 anchor. Not happy to be given just 2 VERY expensive options, not covered by insur. (His lab won't do crowns fused to high noble metal, so molar crowns cost 3x usual CIGNA cost of $225!) Didn't even mention affordable partial denture. No call back when we requested this.
