Our experience was disorganized and frustrating. My daughter had a 4 p.m. appointment, but despite arriving on time, she wasn’t called back until 5:15 p.m. We watched as multiple people who arrived later were seen first. When I inquired, the front desk assured me they were just waiting for a room. Communication was poor, and it seemed others had left due to long waits. Once she was finally called, unexpected charges surfaced that weren’t disclosed in advance. Disappointed with the lack of clarity and professionalism, we ultimately decided to leave.
