Dr. Mordehay Rubinchik, DDS

This is the worst dentist I have ever dealt with. I should have known that the doctor is no good when I noticed that his office is always empty and he has immediate availability while other dentists in the area are booked weeks ahead. Another red flag should have been when I noticed that his front desk secretary performs duties of his the assistant between answering the calls. But to Dr. Rubinchik’s professional and moral qualities: Dr. Rubinchik not only knowingly performed extensive service on my healthy tooth but also did it in such a way, that there were serious complications as a result of his "work". I had to spend months and thousands of dollars correcting issues caused my Dr. Rubinchik’s so-called treatment.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at the dentist. I waited for an HOUR AND TWENTY minutes before being seen. My wife and I are new to the area so we are looking for a new dentist, and because of the wait, I knew Dr. Rubinchik was not going to be our guy. When he finally saw me, I said I wanted to skip the X-rays and just get a cleaning since I'll likely be going to another dentist in the future. He said he wouldn't do that. So I put the X-ray shield back on and said I was willing to get an X-ray. Even though I just tried to be as polite as possible despite my obvious frustration at this point, he angrily told me he didn't like my attitude and refused to service me at all. When you need a dentist, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Mordehay Rubinchik is the absolute WORST.

Dr. Rubinchik is a kind, gentle and skilled dentist. My dental procedures were painless and stress free, and I heartily recommend him!

Used to hate and be scared of dentist appointments. Well, not anymore... due to awesome Dr. Rubinchik! I will go to regular checkups, instead of being forced by terrible toothache, as this Dr. proved me that going to the dentist doesn’t necessarily need to be a hassle.

Dr Rubinchik has been my dentist for many years. He is both professional and personable. I have always been more than satisfied with the results. He is patient, never rushes. He makes sure the work that he has done is up to his high standards and that I am comfortable with the results.

Cannot figure out how the bad review got here - it sounds to me there is a big confusion! I cannot be more pleased with this dentist, the staff, overall the whole experience, including the real affordable prices! I am coming back if and when I need and will recommend them to my friends and family!!!

I first met Dr Rubinchik a few years ago, as an emergency I had with painful and unfit implants from a previous provider. After full mouth X-rays and removal of the unfitted implants( the source of the unbearable pain), Dr Rubinchik took the time to explain in detail a dental work plan to feel better and have a nice smile, too!! Very rude staff and dentist. Does not explain anything and just does everything quick and fast to get it over with. When asking questions, he makes you feel like you know nothing and your wrong for asking. Office manager also yells at patients just for asking simple questions. He will take patients before others who didn't have an appointment just because you have to fill out paper work for them and then makes you wait forever to finally be seen.
