Great experience with Dr. Oda... she's pleasant and efficient and listens really well. She also did additional research for me after I left and sent me follow up information via email.

I had a very bad experience with her as she did not even introduce herself/ackwoledge my presence in the room when she stepped in after the cleaning was done and started talking to the hygenist. I had to ask her whether she was the dentist and that I am new to their practice. She also referred a procedure for my child which she did not bother to tell me but conveyed via the front desk staff. I had to ask the front desk person whether I could talk to the dentist regarding the procedure.
