Dr. Nancy Snyder, DMD

I have had nothing but awesome experiences with Dr. Snyder and her entire staff. Very caring, will NOT let you hurt, treats you like a friend. I love that she takes very good care of her staff. That tells you a lot about a person.

This dentist is always rushing. She made a series of mistakes when attempting to repair my front teeth. Each bridge she installed failed. The last treatment the dentist did not perform what we had agreed upon (partial) since each bridge she installed would come out within 1-3 months). She was starting to put YET another bridge when I stopped her and asked what she was doing and this is not what we agreed on...I was supposed to be getting a partial! Instead of being apologetic for her mistake, she began to manipulate and blame me instead. I could tell she was very angry, but turned it around on me instead. I was shamed that my teeth were in such bad shape (I have a lot of health issues, am disabled) and that I need about $50k of work done. People like me cannot afford implants, we have to get partials/ full dentures. I just wanted to get out of there!

I lost a crown and cracked my front tooth. She was able to expedite the new crown and replace it in less than a week.I had at that time lost some bonding old school type, that she totally re worked my whole front with modern technology and I was just so happy with my new smile. It looks flawless. She Is well staffed with professional dental specialists and hygienists that are very experienced and knowledgeable in dental care. I would recommend that you schedule your next appointment with Dr. Snyder and you will be amazed at how much she can improve your dental health care. You won't be disappointed.

She put a bridge in for me. Was very professional. It was supposed to be permanent. But it came out.. I called and talk to the office manager about what to do. She said she would call me by the end of the day. I'm still waiting. I called and left several messages but no one ever called me back. Very unprofessional.

The only redeeming staff member at this office is Bobbie. She's an excellent hygienist.

Dr. Snyder is the best dentist my husband and I have ever had. She is very personable and genuinely cares for her patients.

She and her staff always make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Procedures are done quickly with very little discomfort and she closely monitors your comfort during every step of the way. I highly recommend Hoke Road Dental!
