Dr. Lam is so knowledgeable and caring. You can tell she isn’t trying to upsell you into work you don’t need or want. She explained in great detail what she could do that would improve function and what would be purely aesthetic. Her staff is so friendly and scheduling appointments is super easy as she is very accommodating. I highly recommend her!

Dr Lam and staff are very nice and helpful. Dr. Lam and her staff are very gental with my son and they take the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. It's difficult to find an orthodontist you can trust, and I'm glad we found Dr. Lam.

We moved from Nebraska and had to find a new orthodontist for our son. Can’t express the gratitude for Dr. Lam for welcoming our son and taking amazing care of his teeth. He has completed his program with braces- and his smile is flawless! Thanks again!

Thank goodness we found Dr. Lam! We have finally found a match for our orthodontic needs. We went to two other orthodontic consultations and they we not as thorough, professional, and compassionate as Dr. Lam was. We definitely made the right choice!

My kids and I love Dr. Lam! We started with another orthodontist and switched to her when we heard how great she is with kids! She is the BEST orthodontist!! Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Lam is the most caring orthodontist you will ever meet. She is professional and honest, kind and gentle. My kids love seeing her! We went to consult with three other doctors, but Dr. Lam was the most patient in explaining all the details about my children’s treatment. She goes above and beyond for her patients. My daughter broke a bracket the night before we went on vacation, and Dr. Lam saw us at 9pm to get it fixed!

Be careful when she recommends treatment for your child that seems extreme. We saw Dr. Lam at the Scripps Ranch location and she recommended major treatment for my son that was not necessary. Her treatment cost was over $5K and when we received a second opinion from a reputable orthodontist, we were told my son's teeth were fine and no work was needed. His new dentist also confirmed that no work is needed for my son. We don't trust her...listen to your intuition.
