Quality of care is good and I like Dr Le. But the company that dictates their billing practices sent our account to collections with no warning when the work we were being billed for wasnt even done yet.

Modern Dentistry and Dr. Natalie Le made it clear that no access to dental care can be provided until the patient undergo and pay out of pocket for deep cleaning. I clean my teeth every 6 months and usually get gum measurements of 2's and 3's. Yet, Modern dentistry fabricate higher numbers so that they justify their decision to have you undergo unnecessary expensive deep cleaning. I got a second opinion shortly after I left their office. The second opinion confirmed my regular dentist's measurement. Modern Dentistry have proven not to care about the patients' well-being but their bottom line. They are willing to employ deception tactics to get your business. The staff are usually friendly when you do as they say, but become rude and aggressive when you challenge their assessments and requirements. This is what I call conditional care.

Called the office for a new patient apppointment promotion $59. I was told I was ineligible and my fee would be $109. Not sure why but I had asked what their fees were for certain common procedures such as crowns. They refused to answer. Upselling is their strategy once they get you in the chair apparently. Fees remain SECRET.
