Dr. Natalya Nagornaya, DDS

BEWARE!!! This doctor is in it for the money. She missed 2 major cavities and said my periodontal pockets where 5/6 mm. They poked my gums so badly that they were healing for 3 months after that. Also, she would not do regular cleaning because of deep pockets and said I HAVE to do deep cleaning. Went to get second opinion from a very known and highly rated dentist in Northbrook - cavities found, pockets are fine. She also damaged my wife's tooth causing her to loose it and have an implant. My 9 year old had a filling done as well, but I doubt there was a need as he does NOT eat sugar and has very healthy teeth. There is absolutely no way anyone I know will ever go to this office and I will NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Nagornaya does an excellent job conveying her treatment plan to the patient. She was very clear and concise in her explanations, and was quick to respond to any questions. More importantly, Dr. Nagornaya did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Nothing bad to say regarding quality of the service. The problem is in lack of financial transparency and justification of proposed service. In my case it was temporary solution, which eventually ended up in price of upcoming permanent one. If the doctor knows that his proposed temporary service just for short period of time, yet expensive, it needs to be brought for discussion with the patient and consider shortcut to more reasonable and cost-wise approach. In my case the doctor didn't care.
