The majority of the staff were extremely rude. The staff should remember they are representing the two Doctors and condescending attitudes affect who will come back and who won't.

The staff isn't overly friendly. A couple are decent, but most seem inconvenienced. That includes Dr Springer as well. Our son was 8 when he got his braces, and he talks to him like he's the most immature child ever. I understand talking to kids in a way they comprehend better, but it's another thing to talk down to them. Also, when going over what he needed to do as far as daily routine care, no one talked to us together. They talked solely to him. Didn't really make much sense to me.
