Dr. Neal Bozentka, DMD

When my son was a senior in HS, he had his wisdom teeth removed and they told us his insurance covered it. Over a year later when my son was away at college we received a bill for several thousand dollars. We reached out and they said they were going to resubmit it. Years later he is still getting harassed by collections agencies. He is in his early twenties now and already has bad credit because of their mistake. They should have eaten the cost because of their error but instead they decided to go after a 19yo college student. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter if this is the best Dr in the world. Because of this experience, I would never recommend them.
