The will recommend that you need crowns and root canals… this will lead to many infections. Come to find out they removed teeth that didn’t need to be removed and the root canal was drilled up and through my bone into my sinus cavity. Causeing serious medical issues. I would NOT go here. She has been bought out by other offices and forced to leave. Save yourself I have been sick ever since I visited her and her associates. If you decide to go get a second opinion when she says you need a crown. It’s horrible and even worse when you complain of pain after they have done the work she will gas light you and tell you “your a difficult patient” yet the 3 dentists I have visited after all say it’s from the terrible work done by her and the people she recommends. It’s cost me thousands and a lot of time to and I still have another yr of work ahead to fix the damage that was done.

I have had the privilege to have my dental work done by Dr. Mobasher for nearly a decade (I'm 50 years old now). I've followed her 20+ miles from the prior office because after all my lifetime, I've never known a more amazing dental practitioner. Teeth are akin to calm as the opposite (i.e. undue stress) can result in poor general health which promotes dental hygiene decline, grinding and atrophy from the inside out. While this is general knowledge, Dr. Mobasher is such an advocate for self optimization of general health and wellbeing, she's an incredible pleasure to have working on such an intimate, sensitive area as one's mouth. Her support team is carefully selected and we are all blessed to know her professional vision as we continue striving to meet & exceed her expectations.

Visited Dr. Mobasher while away from home on travel. Had a painful dental emergency. I could not have asked for a better experience for an emergency away from home. Dr Mobasher and her team were fantastic. I highly recommend La Costa Dentistry and Orthodontics.
