My insurance changed in the middle of treatment. Dr. Milak is afraid of losing money because my new insurance company needs more documentation to cover my dentures. Meanwhile, her staff refuses to schedule an appointment for me until the insurance issue is resolved. She has over $1000 of my money and I have nothing!
