She destroyed my mouth by performing Scaling and Root Planning without my consents and I am still feeling the repercussion from her negligence. I continued to be treated for her negligence nothing seems to correct the destructions she caused in my mouth. Because with Scaling and Root Planning, it should not have been one treatment but follow-ups afterwards which she failed to recommend or notified me of. Prior to her performing Scaling and Root Planning, her only discussion with me was to have fillings done. Very disappointed with her non-caring attitude as I thought she would care enough to help me remedy the ongoing problems with either refunding my money that I paid, which was over $700 or some financial incentives. I cannot sue her as it has passed the state limitation time, three years, to sue. This is an everlasting pain and destructions that I will continue to live with. Thanks!

I feel my teeth are in good hands with Dr. Moazami. As a bonus, she is friendly and very good with my kids if they come along.
