Dr. Nicole Arsenault, DDS

Went for a cleaning and checkup in June. Hygienist Melissa did a wonderful job.Dr Arsenault, however, followed with a checkup that was quite brutal and painful.I had to stop her once and ask what she was doing. I should have terminated the checkup right then. She said she was almost finished so I let her continue. Soon afterward she 'accidentally' dislodged one of my fillings. Fortunately it fell between my cheek and gum and could be retrieved. Could have gone down my throat or, worse, the windpipe.Subsequently scheduled a followup appointment to replace the filling only to find that I would be charged for the replacement. Never went back and strongly recommend patients look elseware.Called and requested a meeting with Dr. Arsenault to further discuss the situation. Never got a response.

Dr. Arsenault provides quality dental treatment. She listens to patient concerns and will go above and beyond to make sure that dental issues are addressed. The office works well with insurance companies to help get coverage for patients.

Sometimes you run across people who clearly care about doing a superior job, are knowledgeable, experienced, and all around very good. That was my experience.
