Good experience with new office staff. Dr. LeCann no longer there.

Appointment was rescheduled without communication to me. Showed up at my scheduled time and was told I'd have to wait almost an hour.

I have enjoyed being Dr. LeCann's patient over the past 10.5 years I've lived in Raleigh. I was very sorry to hear about her leaving the practice but I did see her emailed letter and do understand. I saw Dr. Nguyen and Chrissy who both seem nice and my plan is to stay with the practice for now. I'd say the biggest concern I have is simply around scheduling routine appointments - pre-pandemic, it was easy to move appointments around now re-scheduling results in a 5-6 month wait.

Like everyone else, I was caught off guard by the change from Dr. LeCann to Dr. Nguyen. My appointment was so close to the change in provider that I did not have time to research her background as I normally would have. Check her out on Google search. You will be impressed. At age 73, I have seen many dentists and can tell you now that my appointment is over that Dr, Nguyen,s skills and demeanor easily rate a 10 out of 10. Thorough and cautious. I have no need to search for anyone else.

Highly recommend Dr. LeCann. She is thoughtful and thorough in her care. She takes the time to fully explain plans and procedures … and answer questions.

I found Dr. LeCann on my dental insurer's website.After many years, my dentist no longer accepted my insurance.What an excellent choice for me!The office is pleasant & conveniently located.They take cleanliness/Covid protocols seriously- important to me.The staff is friendly and helpful.I learn something new at each visit.Clearly, this practice is very knowledgeable and up to date.They explain procedures & options thoroughly and put me at ease.Glad these old teeth will continue to get good care.

I will easily recommend Dr.LeCann for any kind of dental situations you are having-everybody was friendly, thorough and professional- After X-rays and pictures were taken by her staff, Dr. LeCann did a thorough examination of ALL my teeth and made recommendations, based on her professional experience ,what I needed to have done-there was NO SELLING PRESSURE-Dr. LeCann will be my dentist from now on.
