My experience with Dr. Goranov over the past 6 years has been wonderful. I've had extensive cosmetic work done over time, and have been extremely happy with the results. I have people randomly commenting on my "beautiful" teeth. Dr. Goranov does not hurry you in and out for appointments, but instead takes his time to give you the fullest attention to get the job done right. His staff is very attentive, and I would definitely recommend him for any type of dental work needed.

Whether you have just moved to the Fort Myers area or you are looking for a local dentist I highly recommend, tropical Dental to everyone! A very professional staff with the latest Technologies and All Phases of dental work. I have never been so impressed by anyone like I am with Nicola Goranov, DMD.
I have been truly blessed in going to him and his staff. I did research on other dentist in the area and he is the best ever!

The dentist is wonderful I’ve been going 8 years. Carol at the front is very difficult to deal with On both billing and appointments. I was being honest and she was very unreasonable and condescending today. I’ve referred a dozen people and many have left because of Carol. I’m going to looking for a new dentist which stinks , Because Dr G is great.... but I was honest today and she was rude and it’s one more tine too many for me.

I have 30 year old implants. I have only been going to him for about 3 years but he is very familiar with old practices and is keeping my mouth in great shape. He takes as much time as necessary. His office staff is top notch. Highly recommend.

Dr Goranov is very careful, highly competent, and personable while efficiently using the latest advances. He takes care of what needs to be done, without unnecessary or extraneous procedures that add up on dental bills. My husband and I recommend him without any reservations whatsoever. Five stars!!!
