Dr. Niles Syska, DDS

The dentist placed my 2 front crows and fillings in 2021 and 2022. The dentist moved to Ocala, FL explaining how to be seen in the new office if we wished to be transferred. My x-rays were sent to me personal the dental records never were sent to me or the new office. My #9 FRONT CROWN BROKE AND THE #10 FILLING FELL OUT. I have been without a crown and filling since August 14, 2023 with a rude front receptionist at the new office stating it would over a year before they could see me, and I would have to be treated as a NEW patient after spending thousands of dollars with this dentist. It took my boyfriend would has also spent lots of money with this dentist to call before a straight answer was given for the reason I couldn't get an appointment right away. The dentist is very nice, but the NEW receptionist is VERY unpleasant. When asking her how she would like to be without a front tooth and embarrassed to go anywhere for 2 months now, she never would answer. How unprofessional!

Sent me to another doctor outside my network costing me $1500. Staff constantly violating my privacy! No longer a patient there!

In one word..... FANTASTIC! While traveling from out of my home area, I had been experiencing a great deal of dental pain for several days. Placing a call to my personal dentist I was told the first day could see me was 2 days away. Traveling down SR 46 I noticed "The Tooth Shop". It was 4:10 in the afternoon and they closed at 4:30. Our family of 4 has seen Dr. Syska for more than 3 years and have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism and care we have received. The office staff, assistants & hygienist have always been friendly, professional & helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Syska & his staff to anyone!
