She is very good at making the kids feel comfortable and safe during fillings, she does a wonderful job of talking them through the process. The billing on the other hand, do not pay based on what they say, wait for your EOB as they do not like to return money that is not theirs!

Dr. Collins was friendly to my children, but never addressed me during any visit. I found this extremely rude.
