Don't Care About the Customer
Would not recommend Dr. Oh at all...which is too bad because we've been going there for years before she even took over the practice. There is NO accountability or communication about changes to billing and they blame everything on the insurance company or the customer for 'not understanding' something. They send out unexpectedly large bills and then when you hold them accountable for it, her response was 'I could have written it off, but now I'm not going to and you need to pay it in 90 days or I'll send you to collections'. I would not recommend going to Dr. Oh.

Above average satisfaction
Dr Oh and her entire staff are excellent. They are professional, thorough and I have always been completely satisfied with the care I receive. The office is immaculate and the entire staff practices good hygiene techniques.

Excellent!
We have been going to Dr. Oh since she first joined Dr Chudnofsky’s office years ago and took over his practice when he retired. She has a completely modern facility and my wife and I have always been extremely happy with her services, the staff and the hygienists, having “never” had a bad experience there. Would highly recommend Dr Oh.

Great Experience
Had many cleanings and 2 crowns and the work has always been exceptional. Dr Oh is pleasant, professional and thorough and never pressures you to do more than you are comfortable with.

Would not recommend. Dr. Oh can’t even fill a cavity properly and doesn’t do thorough examinations once cleanings are finished. I’ve never had a filling fall out in my entire life and the first time she filled a cavity for me my filling fell out twice in 6 months.

Dental Hygiene
Ms Oh seems very competent, However would not recommend her business for dental hygiene. Very superficial and expensive.

My family has been seeing Dr. Oh since she took over the practice. We've been pleased with her work and the entire staff. They are easy to work with, take time to work with children and folks with anxiety, and do a great job on the back office items too.
