Focused on $$$ & lost all sense of valuing clients
I've been going to Milford Dental Group since 2018. I was new to Milford so I wanted to establish a family dentist. At first, Dr. Nina, Dr. Beigi and the staff seemed to have a genuine care for their patients. Due to this belief I endured countless hours of waiting beyond my schedule time very frequently, mistakes that were done, over priced procedures and so forth. But this past year, I came to realize they do not care for you as a patient (fellow human being) but just the profit you represent for them. They created new policies that ensure you are just a $ symbol. If you are looking for a CARING HONEST dentist who genuinely cares for you as a person do what I'm doing KEEP SEARCHING FOR THE RIGHT DENTAL PRACTICE.
