Dr. Norman Jacobskind, DDS

Dr jacobskind been working and been loyal with our family for many years my dad went to college and grew up with him and has been friends with him for as long as i can remember doctor jacobskind has been treating and caring with my dad since they met in college back in the 80s and my dad went to him since he opened his current location in 1995 then he started seeing my mom once mom n dad married then when us kids were born he worked with us and served us greatly his registered nurses are great too i especialy love angela shes a great lady and treats us like family i sometimes call her my aunt lol geralin the receptionist is really sweet caring always lets you in greets you with a smile ajd she gives the best hugs to me. Ive been a proud patient of his since 2019 and a great guy after switching from a childrens dentist which ive been too since 2005 when i was 5 and such when i first arrived i got the special treatment loyality and more this guy treats ya like family and is amazing.....

If I could give zero stars, I would. No, I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. The office is not an inclusive office. A family member who was 8 mins late for an appt, who suffers from severe anxiety and struggled to make it there, was refused to be seen. The office was told a few times about this anxiety issue and was also told two days before that this indiv would have the paperwork filled out when they entered the office. The office claims they couldn't take the indiv because they needed time to fill out the paperwork. After refusing to see the indiv, they then stated that they would be charging this person for a missed apt. SHAME ON THEM ! THEY HAVE ZERO COMPASSION AND TOLERANCE FOR people who suffer from issues. THIS IS NEVER OK!!!!!! When I asked for the doctor to give me a call, I was told that the doctor doesn't call patients. What an awful experience. No one can believe how we were treated!!!

Dr. Jacobskind did the impossible - He made me love the dentist. 'nuf said.

I was in need of a new dentist and came across Dr. Jacobskind on this site and saw all the great reviews. I'm so glad my husband and I decided to try him out! He's super nice, gentle, and knowledgeable. His staff is great too. Wait time is minimal and he takes his time with you. I highly recommend him!

My family and I Love Dr. Jacobskind and the whole staff!! When my former Dentist retired I was looking for a new dentist. One of the doctors I tried told me that I needed two root canals!. After getting a second opinion at doctor Jacobskind's office I found out that I only needed cavities! I will never forget it! Years later I still don't need those root canals! Wow! It was so refreshing to finally meet a dentist I can really relate to. I have to say that Dr. Jacobskind made me feel not only relaxed, but actually happy to be there. You have to see for yourself. From the moment I walked into his office, which is modern, CLEAN, and upbeat, I knew I found the right dentist. His receptionist, Geraldine, greeted me immediately, and I was seen by Dr. Jacobskind within ten minutes. I have neer had such a positive experience. Dr. Jacobskind is the the best!

Along with being a skillful dentist, Dr. Jacobskind is professional, responsive, compassionate and considerate, with a staff that reflects those qualities. He was recommended to us, and we in turn have recommended Dr. Jacobskind to family and co-workers, and their opinions are similar. Having a reliable and competent dentist is a source of comfort, and unfortunately a bit too rare for so many people. We are thankful for Dr. Jacobskind and staff.
