Not friendly or empathetic
She spoke really fast and made me feel stupid. I do not speak dental lingo every day as part of my life and she needs to slow it down so a regular non dental person can understand. But in my 46 years and being college educated I am not a dumb person. She is not good with children and works at a pediatric dentist. I requested my child to never see her again. Avoid this dentist.
