Very professional staff and excellent doctor!

The office is clean and staff is caring. Our appointments were on time, professionally managed and all went well. No surprises. My 2 boys and I had regular cleaning and one of them had fillings. Happy Dr Rakesh patients.

Front desk staff were wonderful, very kind and accommodating. The technician however did not introduce herself and I wasn’t sure if she was the dentist or not. Dr rakesh was very kind and knowledgeable. I will go back but I wish the technicians would be more attentive and patient focused.

Great Dentist visit for me today. My Hygienist always makes me feel at ease as she explains what she will do and how I can enhance my treatment. Dr Rakesh gives me the straight talk on what I need to do “tough love”, but I always admire her total professionalism.

I had the best visit with Dr. Rakesh she was very gentle and made sure that I was in no pain . This is my absolute best visit to the dentist

Patrice/Patricia, the Dental hygienist, she was the absolute best all around!! I absolutely enjoyed going to the dentist for the first time ever!! I recommend this dental office no matter what, and please ask for her as your hygienist!! Also.....any question you have.....it will be answered as simple as possible so you can understand and will leave with all the knowledge you need to take care of yourself after your visit!!! They really are amazing!!!

I randomly found this clinic for a sudden tooth fx and after interviewing 4 dental offices, I was overwhelmed with this entire Staff’s “bedside mannor.” From beginning to end, to all their concerns and attentiveness and sincere care, I now feel like this entire staff has my best interest at hand. Nice visit. Very friendly atmosphere. I waited a bit more than I wanted to but, when I finally saw the dentist, she tried to address my needs and I appreciated that.

. First of all my first visit was ok. When it was time for my second visit my father was rushed to hospital and truly I wasn't thinking about anything but him. The office called me three times back to back then text me then called right back again so I finally step out and answer cause I got a text saying I will have to pay for my dental procedure before they can schedule me again since I miss my appointment. explained to them my father was rushed to the hospital which three days later he pass

Excellent practice. Dr. Rakesh is amazing along with her dental hygienist, Patricia. The whole staff in this office is extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I had a Groupon to get me in the door and check out this new practice. I was not able to get my teeth cleaned because they refused unless I got xrays. I have had xrays in past year and do not like to expose to unnecessary radiation. I told them about the new Ga. state law which allows teeth cleaning without a dental exam. They are very stubborn and still refused a cleaning. I had no choice but to leave. They need xrays to identify real or maybe unreal problems for revenue. Beware!!

Dr.Rakesh is very skilled and professional in her work. I had bridgework and crowns done for 6 teeth, the process was explained in detail to me as well as my options. I trusted the staff completely and they never let me down throughout my entire procedure. I love that they(Mary and Nadia) always remind me of my upcoming appointments, so organized and helpfu and after any procedure they always call and follow up to find out how I'm doing. Love them so much, my husband will be coming here too!

Dr. Rakesh is personable, honest and through which is difficult to find in a healthcare provider. Her primary concern is the patient which is very much appreciated. Everyone at the office is friendly and patient. I have called several times to reschedule and they are always accommodating.

Dr Rakesh is a rock star and the staff at Ace Dental is first class. My service included deep cleaning, whitening and four (4) replacement caps. The process took several weeks to complete. To my delight, all procedures were scheduled one after another. Trust me when I say this office runs like a fine Swiss watch. The quality of work, tenderness of care and overall friendliness by all staff members is absolutely the best in Georgia. That said, I am 100% satisfied with the service.

Very rude & is running a complete scam. She told me that I had 6 cavities and never showed me on the x-rays, went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told that I had zero.
