I have been seeing Dr.Pam and her staff for over 5 years now. The quality of care I receive from them is beyond exceptional. If I have questions about teeth, they are thoroughly answered and explained in detail. My daughter and husband both enjoy going to her. We always leave satisfied.

I love Dr Butterfield. When people tell me that they are afraid of dentists and therefore, don't go...I feel badly for them. None of us is perfect and I DO love my teeth but sometimes we need assistance or education. Dr Butterfield has helped me care for my tooth friends for years now, which can only mean one thing...I STILL have them! And I still enjoy my 3 annual visits. I live in Seattle but drive out to Kent. IT'S WORTH IT!!

Dental Cleaning - Excellent Hygienist that has helped me improve by suggesting various items that have made a large difference in my dental health. Dr. Butterfield employs a highly talented staff in a collaborative atmosphere.

I can definitely see the difference between a good dentist and a crap one. I didn’t realize until they were doing things that the one I used to go to didn’t that I’ve been going to a crap one my whole life. They actually treated me like they understood were I was coming from and cared. I’m going to definitely make this my regular dentist.

Both my wife and I have been using Dr. Pam for over 15 years. I'm retired USAF and retired Boeing; so we've moved all over the country and beyond. Dr Pam and her staff are the best we've found. They are extremely competent, friendly, and helpful at all times. And if you love dogs, you can meet Dr. Pam's black lab behind the desk. We moved to Redmond from south King County 5 years ago but still make the trek to Kent to see Dr. Pam.
