Dr. Pamela Ditomasso, DMD

To this day, I still don’t know why I was asked to leave the practice. I had been a patient of Dr. Ditomasso for a number of years, even recommending her office to family and friends. I admit, I might not have been 100% satisfied with some crown work they did for me, but I was never rude about it. So when I received a registered letter from her office informing me I was no longer welcome at her practice, I was shocked and in disbelief and I was never given an explanation. I wonder if anyone else was treated this way.

First, I originally reviewed 5 stars. After several months of dealing with Tanya, the person who handles billing...ZERO stars. I will say that Dr. Saleh and Dr DiTomasso were both very knowledgable and great. I have not a single bad word to say about them. However, Tanya has singlehandedly ruined the entire experience. The only thing she cared about was money. I spent over $10,000 there in a short period of time, I never owed them a dime. I paid every single office visit in full, however....they billed me almost $1,500 in "advanced" for services not performed. They only refunded me after I had to call and complain. Then after my last appointment, my upcoming one was also going to be several thousands of dollars. I was given a treatment plan with the exact details and prices, then a few days later, but weeks before the next appointment, Tanya was calling me again asking for payment for the upcoming appointment! I'd really have to stress that I've never owed these people a dim

I have been going to this office since about 1995. They are obviously VERY well managed. The staff is very professional. The equipment is state of the art and is always being updated with the very best stuff. They have better Covid protocols than any business I have ever seen.

Yes-I have been a patient there for years. They have taken good care of me and all 4 of my children

Visits are always safe and pleasant. They always run on time and have the latest equipment for COVID safety.

Always punctual! Always greeted by a smiling team not just one person but everyone in this dentist office. All staff seem to be passionate about what they do. They are the ultimate in professionalism.....even when dressed for tooth fairy day. Makes this a much more relaxed and fun necessary obligation.

As always, I received superior customer service and care from all of the staff. Shannon and Dr. Stella treat their patients with kind and caring hearts. The supporting staff exhibit the most amazing customer service! I will continue to visit this office for my dental care....for many years to come!!

Absolutely the best dental office in the area - possibly even in the state. The staff are friendly, competent and caring. The doctors are all excellent but Dr. Pam is my favorite. I've been seeing her for about 30 years and I wouldn't think of going any place else. Her office uses state-of-the-art equipment. There is a playroom for children (and adults if they wish to sit there). TV's in the lobby and every treatment room. Free beverages. Bright, cheery waiting room and treatment rooms. From experience, I know this dental practice treats their patients like kings and queens and delivers nothing less than excellent dental care.

I've been a loyal patient of Dr. Pam since 1986. Her office is the only dental practice I have ever worked with on a regular basis. Having had a very unsatisfactory experience with dental work as a young person I avoided the Dentist at all costs (actually the cost was several teeth). You will be doing yourself a favor by visiting this dental office.

Dr. DiTomasso is fantastic and so is her staff. I have been going to her for 30+ years and will continue as long as I can make the 2 hour drive to get there.
