Dr. Pamela Edwards, DMD

When we called the office and left a message, Mike had a crown come out and needed it put back in place, and that we were visitors to Gulf Shores. Dr. Mary Edwards Long called us back right away and set up an appointment. During that call, we learned her husband would be going to the Snowbird Coffee Club the following Monday, to drop of a promotional King Cake. That's hilarious... because Mike is the President of that same Coffee Club. Just so amazing to have that connection and timing. I did meet her husband that following Monday, the same day as my appointment. The dental office was very bright and cheery, Dr Mary Edwards Long, was very pleasant and went right to work on my crown. Left with crown replaced a very good dental experience.I would recommend Dr Pamala Edwards or Dr May Edwards Long to anyone in need of dental services while on vacation or snowbirds in Gulf Shores.Thank you, Mike Culverhouse President of the Gulf Shores Snowbird Coffee Club

1st there was no plan for getting my dental work done.2nd They stopped taking my insurance and continued to treat me without letting me know. Leaving me with a large amount to pay myself. Be aware, they do not take Blue Cross Insurance.

I was in town on vacation and broke a temporary bridge. Boo to Tacky Jack’s. I called the office at 7:40 and was told the earliest appointment was 10:30. Heck, I was hoping to get in by the end of our vacation.! I jumped right on that time. Great staff and Dr Edwards had me fixed and out the door by 11:00! If we lived in Baldwin County Dr Edwards would be my dentist! 10 stars!

We are visiting Gulf Shores camping at the State Park when I woke up with a toothache. I spent the morning calling different dentists in the area, getting absolutely no where trying to get in. I suspected I might need a root canal! UGH! When going though the list, I called Dr. Edwards’s office at 10am and was sitting in a chair at 12:30, the same day!! X-rays confirmed what I thought might be going on. I was given a prescription for the pain and an antibiotic as well, along with a referral for a Endodontist who could do the root canal if I did not want to wait until I got home. From the minute I walked in I was treated with respect and concern. I would highly recommend them for both dental emergencies and, if I lived here, they would absolutely be my go-to dentist!! Thank you for making my day!!

So thankful to have found this dentistry. I have always got so nervous about going to the dentist but here, it is a different atmosphere. The whole office makes you feel right at home from the second you walk through the door. The receptionist always greets me with a smile and kind words. She is so helpful with working around my crazy schedule as well. Dr. Mary and her team truly make you so comfortable and let you know what is going on the entire time during a procedure or even just a cleaning. The best part is how pain-free the dental work is, I have never had such a great experience at a dentist. I highly recommend this dentistry to anyone. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!

The whole Dr. Edwards team (more like family) are wonderful. I lost my husband a few years ago and relocated to Orange Beach, AL. I had a tooth break one day and Dr. Edwards got me in the SAME day. The staff was efficient, friendly, and explained everything to me (including cost). I had to get a new crown which I thought was affordable and by the end of the procedure, we were all laughing. Wow, these girls know how to have fun and help a patient relax. I enjoyed a pillow and blanket while they were working on meso I can tell patient comfort is important here. I am happy I found this family run dental clinic! Thank you Dr. Edwards and staff!!!

Both Dr. Edwards and Dr. Mary (mother, daughter) are so kind. I rarely have to wait unlike other dental offices and the staff are so friendly. Their prices are affordable and the pain free experience has won me over! I highly recommend them to all my friends and visitors to the area!

I am visiting from St. Louis and chipped a tooth. Dr. Pamela Edwards got me right in and the procedure was painless. The staff is great. I tried to talk her into coming to St. Louis a couple time of year, to be my regular dentist. You will not be disappointed!

Just this year, I started going to Dr. MARY EDWARDS...very good decision..I have had to have so much restoration work..The staff Cathy and Hygentist Gerry are so capable and are wonderful to me...Each time I arrive, they are genuinely glad to see me..Dr. Mary is so willing to save my teeth...Thanks

Got me in and out for treatment. My bridge came back in 1 week. Looks and feels great.

Both dentist have excellent chair side manners. I never laughed so hard at the dentist. My crown and bridge looks wonderful and it only took a week.

The dentist recemented my crown that had fallen out. I was in and out within 20 minutes. When given the bill for $353.00 I discovered there is no way I can afford to ever go to her again. She may be a good dentist but she’s very expensive.

I loved seeing Dr. Pamela Edwards. She put on my permanent crown that her daughter (Dr. Mary Edwards) had started (temporary crown). She was really friendly even though she was also very busy. They got me in and out in about 30 minutes which surprised me since they were so busy. She made the experience as pain free as I have ever had at a dental office. The front desk and assistant (Blanche) were just as incredible.
