Dr. Pamela Moses, DMD

The front desk receptionist and dental hygienist were both friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and I really enjoyed the tropical, Florida vibe throughout the facility. I went to this practice for the first time in October 2024. But my experience with the dentist herself was not a positive one and the reason I will not ever go back. For it being my first time there, she made no effort to get to know me or my past dental experience, and she was brief, cold, and spent less than 5 minutes with me examining my teeth. I was told I needed two fillings and a crown and she then immediately left the exam room. I have only ever needed fillings, so hearing I needed to have a crown done was a shock as I was only there for a routine cleaning. I have since returned to my former dentist who has determined I do not need any of that work done right now! Please save yourself a lot of trouble and find another dentist you can trust!!

The hygienist at the Caz office was INCREDIBLE! I think she was making up for the dentist’s lack of… everything. I have a very clean mouth, and great teeth.The dentist poked in my mouth for 5 seconds, then wiped her fingers in disgust without saying anything. On her way out, she said to the hygienist, “she’d be a good candidate for teeth whitening. “ Hahah like, what? I have to go back for a crown, and after reading these reviews……. I don’t think that will be happening any time soon.

I have been to a lot of dentists over the last five decades. From cleanings, to cavities, caps, implants, extractions, etc. I have been a patient of Dr. Moses for over a year now and she and her team are the best I have ever met. No pain, no hassle, never any wait and no surprises on your bill. Highly recommend.

This is a review of Dr. Moses at her new practice at Cazenovia Dentistry where I have been a patient for 20 years. In my two visits, I have found Dr. Moses to be totally lacking in personal skills, brusque and uncommunicative. She neglects to explain procedures or aftercare and makes no effort to know her patient. She also seems to lack a deft touch in treatment. As a result, I no longer have confidence in the dental care at this practice and am actively seeking a new dentist.

I would not recommend to anyone. Complete lack of caring or concern. I’ve never come so close to walking out of a dental chair! She doesn’t seem to have any ability to use techniques used by most other Dentists to administer an injection without pain. Nor does she inquire to your condition when your in obvious distress.

Absolutely terrible. Had an anxiety attack in the chair every time, and she was extremely rude. Messed up the fillings I needed to have done and gave me issues every time I asked for accommodations. After the worst anxiety attack I had I started seeing a new dentist. How she's kept her job surprises me considering everyone else I've heard from that sees her has had the same issues. I would never recommend her, especially if you have sensitivities or require special accommodations.

I've been having ongoing dental care since early August. Dr. Moses and the staff at this location have been very accommodating in regards to my schedule and professional. I couldn't be happier with my experiences to this point.
