Did deep cleaning on 3 year old without first having a discussion with parents, child had fever after for teo weeks, office gave no support or guidance, dismissed it when called

I'm disappointed with Dr. Pellerano’s approach to treating my child's cavity. She created a treatment plan starting three weeks later, citing a medication shortage. When I expressed concerns, she assured me that the cavity wouldn't significantly grow, but her indifference was troubling.Dr. Pellerano claimed to care for her patients like her own children, but I question whether she would wait three weeks to treat her own child's cavity.Additionally, I was dismayed to learn that another branch of their dental practice, located just 30 minutes away, had the necessary medication in stock. However, instead of offering to transfer our case to that branch for timely treatment, we were told to wait three weeks for the medication to be restocked at the current location. This lack of coordination and prioritization of patient care is unacceptable. I hope Dr. Pellerano reevaluates her approach to make sure timely care for her patients.

Dr Pellerano was kind and caring. She fully explained what issues my son had with his teeth and showed me the X-rays. She presented a plan for corrections. I am very happy with her care!!! She’s excellent. - Thank you

My daughter & I visited today. Our first time. & I can say it was very pleasant. Very Friendly Staff. Professional. My daughter said the young lady that clean her teeth was so nice & she really like her. So that's a plus. We will definitely be back. This is our new home now for my daughter dentist.

I wanted to find a new Dr. for my kids and I found Dr. Pellerano. She was amazing. As a parent you will always your kids to be treated nicely and with a lot of patience because sometime they are afraid, and Dr. Pellerano was all that and beyond. what can I say?? I just loved her. Dr. Pellerano is amazing !!!! my children have been going to her for the last 2 years her bed side skills with children are great, her staff is amazing and children friendly, my son has ADHD and is very apprehensive and anxious about going to the dentist, however, after finding DR. Pellerano 2 years ago he's 6 months recall visits are no longer a drag its actually exciting for him Thank you Dr. Pellerano for all you do :)

Dr. Pellerano is warm, caring and incredibly detailed. She makes you feel comfortable, l and she’s also so knowledgeable in her craft. She answered all of my questions clearly and with detail and the procedure was smooth. We knew we had found our dentist. You could not make a better choice of dentist than Dr. Pellerano.

She is a wonderful dentist, does a fantastic job allieviating our worries about our daughters developing dental health.
