Dr. Parminder Narang, DDS

Dr. Parminder Narang is a phenomenal dentist! I've been seeing her for years and have always been impressed by her expertise and care. She is thorough, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything in detail. The office staff is also friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Narang to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Firstly her staff is constantly yelling, discussing inappropriate matters making the waiting unpleasant. It gets worse when you realize that this doctor is completely incompetent. She literally did a deep cleaning for no reason other than she thought it would be better for me long term, which I do not doubt, but I had to pay substantially more and I really did not want to do that. Do not recommend.

This was my second visit to South Main Dental and I am so happy I went there. Everyone was friendly, and I can’t say enough about Dr.Narang she is doing a crown for me. Very gentle and no pain and made you feel so at ease.

Love the dentist but will not go back because the new office manager is horrible. Yells at staff in front of clients and discusses financial issues in such a loud voice.

I was literally in another dentist’s chair: I had spoken to secretary Rachel repeatedly: Please forward my records here. I arrive at the new dentist: How can I help you? Me: Well, DI you have my records from Dr. Narang? I spoke with Rachel four (4) times about this. No, nothing. I literally call Narang, in the chair. Rachel and Stephanie both panic. Narang is Worthless. Not only does she have Zero control over her all-female staff, she severely misdiagnoses—at cost—and is completely unapologetic about both incompetences. Narang’s practice is out of control; foremost, her abject neophyte useless abusive “practice manager,” Stephanie, berates patients at will unabashedly: Incompetent and unprofessional to the hilt, she remorselessly evinces hatred and disrespect. Overwhelmed with not only work but personal stresses, instead of asking for professional development, she bungles phone calls, records forwarding, and, foremost, billing. DO NOT PATRONIZE SOUTH MAIN DENTAL AT ALL COSTS.

The most caring dentist who has ever worked on my teeth & an amazing person!!! Her professional work & bedside manner is beyond compare!!! I have been going to her for my dental needs & she is so gentle?? (She explains every detail before she perform it & has treated me like family??She truly is an angel??I just love her!!! I am 75 yrs old & have had dental work done over my lifetime?? My daughter was dr Narang 1st emergency patient when she opened her practice in Torrington CT she also cannot say enough about her!! We consider her not only our dentist but a kind caring wonderful lady!!!!
