her mouth appliance ruined my bite - do not use
Dr. Patricia Boettner Fernandez recommended and sold me a mouth appliance that ruined my bite, and caused me to need orthodontia. She was not willing to consider any adjustment to full retail pricing when my insurance didn't cover it, and I couldn't use it. She even charged me $185 for the office visit to tell me to stop using it. Buyer Beware!!
