Best dental practice I have ever visited.

Great service. Clean and Sterile office ... even more so last few months. Usually not thrilled for dental work but Patty Thompson dental appointments are practically pain free.

My wife and I were dental patients of Dr. Patty Thompson throughout 2019. Frankly, in my decades of working with businesses in all kinds of professions, this has got to be the absolute worst administratively run business of all time and one whose integrity comes into serious question. Following teeth cleaning, I was advised that I needed other work done to include crown replacements. My wife needed a night guard to compensate for teeth grinding. Waiting over 6 months now, this work was supposedly submitted to our insurance company for approval and we were told that none were approved. Very curious! Then after my wife’s teeth cleaning we got a notice from our insurance company that they did not cover the cleaning. That really got my attention so I called the insurance company. They told me that Dr. Thompson’s practice had dropped out of the network and were no longer considered approved providers! It would have been nice to be told. More bad to tell but ran out of space
