Dr. Patrick Donnelly, DMD

Overall Dr. Donnelly & his staff are excellent. The only difficulty is in getting an appointment that isn't 6+ months away from when someone calls for one. I had to wait for 2 months to be seen about some cavities that were discovered during my cleaning & xrays. Dr. Hutcherson, who was there previously, did a much better turn around regarding appointments.

Dr Donnelly himself is personable and seems well educated. He explains things well overall. However it's impossible to get in for things in a timely fashion. Literally we waited months for a simple cavity to get filled, and no we were not demanding with days or times. Then when we got it filled they tried to charge more then we were quoted. I was told prices went up recently. When I argued about it they did then honor the previous quote. If you have to reschedule a cleaning, or any appointment, good luck because we were told 'next available' was 7 plus months later, literally for a cleaning. When we called in with bad pain from a tooth we were told best they could do was 9 days later, and we were told this was squeezing us in, nothing offered in the interim-no quick visit to even assess things, no antibiotics, etc. The hygentists are great and do a thorough job each time. The place is very clean and nice. Overall, we are looking for a new dentist because of the absurdity to schedule.
