Been seeing dr. Kennedy for about 20 years now and I would never go anywhere else.

I have never in my life received service as I did at this business! As a customer paying money I should have been treated with respect. Lisa the office manager was the rudest person I’ve encountered. I called to discuss the wait time and verbatim her response was “our clientele we have here has no problem waiting, I’m not sure what to tell you”. I asked her how her boss would feel after she spoke to me in this manor her response was “my boss would be very pleased with me, he and I have a great relationship”. I told her this was horrible customer service you didn’t even apologize about the two hour wait and she said “why should I apologize, you told me you made another appointment with another dentist”. I asked to speak with the dentist over the dentistry she said “I will give him your name and your number and if he calls you fine, if he doesn’t I don’t know what to tell you”. I was absolutely sick to my stomach after this phone call with this woman. I could not believe my experience!
