Rude staff
If they cared they would have made me a priority and scheduled me in the first possible appointment or cancellation to make up for a 45 minute wait. At least I would do that for my customers. And I’ve been a small business owner for over 20 years. I decided to stop by after work to talk to the doctor but the receptionist said “NO” and yelled. She slid the window closed on me so I opened it back up and asked to speak with the doctor. She continued to yell so I started to yell and explain the facts that she called semantics right now! Facts are not semantics. The receptionist downplayed making me wait at my initial appointment. The receptionist actually lied to the dentist about the true events of the situation. I found this out when the dentist finally decided to came to the front reception area after arguing with the receptionist for 10 minutes. I will never go to this place and I will write a bad review on every site possible.
