Dr. Paul Chang, DDS

Dr. Chang did all-on-four teeth implant for my 80-year-old mom in 2020. Since my mom's health is not great, he did the teeth implant for her upper and lower jaw on separate days. The result was excellent. My mom has very low pain tolerance, but she felt fine after both surgeries. Her lower jaw was a bit swollen after the surgery, but it was gone in one or two days. Her upper jaw was not swollen at all. Dr. Chang and his office staff are very courteous and warm. My mom and I really appreciate their services. I'd like to recommend him to everyone.

I never received a bill from his office and the next thing I know it’s in collections . Do not trust them , I also paid my bill on a visit and asked them if I paid everything I owed and they said yes. The next visit I was told I owed $200 and when I asked what for she couldn’t tell me. Before My last visit I called and said I only wanted to have the two implants done and nothing else and I never heard from them again until a $50 bill which I never knew I owed and never received was put in my credit report in collections . They try to up sell you on everything and don’t do as you ask them to when given a choice even my insurance company said they shouldn’t be doing 2 ct scans within 2 months . Avoid them at all cost.

I had a negative experience with Dr. Chang's office regarding the discussions with staff about finances and insurance being different before and after surgery. Be sure to get insurance approval before surgery and get everything in writing.

Dr. Chang and his staff have always gone above and beyond to help me feel at ease during extensive dental work. He is a perfectionist and I have great confidence that he keeps his skills sharp. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
