Been going to Dr. Hess for years. He and his son are very nice and pleasant. The office staff, on the other hand, are rude, inconsiderate and condescending. Left there to find another dentist.

Dr. Hess is a gregarious, happy sort of guy who does a great job of making patients feel at ease while addressing their dental needs. His work is excellent - I've never had a problem with any fillings or crowns he has done - and he and his staff go to great lengths to accommodate patient needs, especially in critical situations. I once developed a severe tooth ache during a holiday and Dr. Hess even opened the office just to treat me ... mere hours before he was to depart on a vacation flight!

So so nice!! I got an awful toothache on Saturday. Called the emergency number on Sunday and they saw me at 8am Monday morning. I had an X-ray and referral to a surgeon in under 20 minutes. Surgeon pulled the tooth before lunch! I wasn't even an existing patient!! Dr. Hess is my new dentist for life!
