Check out the reviews on their Facebook page. My kids have been patients for >10 years and they never have a problem going to Dr Johnson's office. The treasure chest was a hit when they were young. As an adult, I appreciate the toothpaste squeezers and other free items ON TOP of the bag each child receives that includes, at a minimum, travel toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss. I also appreciate the Halloween candy buy-back program.
