Dr. Mann is the friendliest and most cordial dentist that I have ever had. He and the dental hygienists make me feel welcomed and relaxed. The receptionists when you enter the office are very pleasant as well. However, the staff where I pay are not friendly and cordial. I was interrogated about not having dental insurance. I pay cash or use CareCredit. Dental insurance does not pay for crowns and veneers. Dr. Mann’s prices are reasonable. I was paying more for insurance than they were paying.

Clearly trying to push additional procedures during visit. A second opinion revealed that procedure recommended by Dr. MAnn was not necessary. Expensive overall....obviously paying for a fancy office!
