I am 96 year old and a new patient of Dr Parrella, having moved from Boston to Sedona, 2 years ago. So needless to say I have had some great Dentistry, in Boston. However,Yesterday Friday, My fairly large upper bridge, came off. I called Dr Parrella.s office and the wonderful receptionist, to;d me that Dr Parrella does not come in on Friday. However in less than 5 minutes she called back and Dr Parrella , will come in With out going in to full detail, My teeth NEVER felt better, I had a wonderful dinner abd there is never no need to go back to Boston or any other place for my dental needs. I met with Dr. Parrella for a consultation on the appearance of my teeth. He outlined and explained my options very clearly. I learned I had several options. When I came in to talk I was a bit apprehensive.He put me at ease immediately and was very professional in his advice. I now have a treatment plan I feel very good about and feel positive that I know where I am headed. I would definitely recommend him for any emergency dentistry and for regular preventive care, as well as for cosmetic improvement of the appearance of your teeth. He has been my dentist for a number of years. I find him very personable, a very good listener and of utmost integrity.

Dr. Parrella will absolutely not prescribe pain pills EVEN when he KNOWS that a patient is in horrible pain. He has zero compassion and less personality. I would not recommend him to ANYONE.

Dr Paul Parrella has been my dentist for many years. He is prevention-oriented, adept, gentle and as another reviewer noted, never recommends anything unless it is needed. He has earned my complete trust. His office is friendly and competent, from the moment you enter. I recommend his practice highly.
